Running 48:47 [3] 5.16 km (9:28 / km) +224m 7:46 / km

Quick run before snow started to fall. We had a very stormy night and still now, I was a little concerned about trees or branches falling on me.
Did not have much energy and my knees were still kind of unhappy about this skating-thing, but they have to get stronger.

Skateskiing 1:37:14 [3] 14.82 km (6:34 / km) +70m 6:25 / km

Beautiful ski into the sunset. Beginning towards north until La Corbatière all slightly uphill. Waited for Urs, then skated back southwards and passed La Sagne and went further south trying to chase the sunset. But the sun was faster than I. At this point, the groundfog which so far made for absolutely beautiful pictures had thickened and I was surrounded by nothingness and followed the tracks. For a while, the track was bad with lots of bare spots but further towards Les Ponts-du-Martel, the track got better and the fog had lifted as well. But it turned cold. Arrived in Little Ponts and Urs just drove right onto the parking, I was so glad as I already started to freeze. Perfect timing.

Running 51:33 [2] 5.25 km (9:49 / km) +212m 8:10 / km

Easy "recovery" run as both knees weren't too happy with the skiing yesterday, all the micro movements for stabilization was not appreciated. But it will make them stronger (the knees) in the end.
