Skateskiing 1:46:16 [3] 13.37 km (7:57 / km) +88m 7:42 / km

First time out cross-country skiing because it was just so beautiful. Chose to take the skate skis although for first-time out classic skiing would be wiser. The first 3-4 km felt awkward as usual on those skinny skis. It didn't help that there was not much snow and lots of dirt poked through the snow and let me stumble but eventually, was back into having correct form and technique again.
Still, lots of stops, also to read the maps which were posted at the major intersections as I had never been in that area as it was always closed the last 2 years because of lack of snow.
Nice loop, pretty flat for the first time out. Happy with the blue sky and beautiful scenery.

Running 1:02:08 [3] 6.91 km (9:00 / km) +94m 8:25 / km

Squeezing in a run. We received snow in the mountains but had no time yet to go for skiing. Kind of not such a good time, too tired, too much I should do and too down and unmotivated. It will pass.
Beautiful storm on the lake with great colors and high waves (for our lake) and it looked like an ocean.

After dropping off MattiLena I ran home again into the darkness. This time, though, I have brought a headlamp which made it much easier.

Yoga 45:00 [1]

Regular Yoga class, not quite as hard as last time, but still excellent on my muscles and joints.
