After helping at info and the cafeteria over the weekend at our club's National O-meets (Sat and Sun) I was riding my mtb home along the Areuse in the Val de-Travers and the very famous gorge of the Areuse. Felt very tired and exhausted, so I didn't push much but enjoyed the scenery.
I have never biked further up in the Val-de-Travers which was nice.
I wish I'd know how to upload pix from Strava.
Note: I fell asleep during dinner at the table (!!!), I must have been so exhausted ;-). This has never happened to me. And I slept then 12 hours straight! Spending two days with constant contact to people and lots of it in French is tiring.

First yoga class again. Had intense 45-min vinyasa series. Felt good to stretch and have 4 new people in the class, all quite young women. Will be hard to follow.

Ride home from Alexandra's place; was in a hurry but wanted to try a trail connection that I was curious about for a long time, but got lost and the trail kept climbing up and up until I finally decided I had to get back down and on the fastest way home.
