Jog after I had collected some pine branches in the woods from a freshly cut tree. As I was late, only did a short, leisurely jog.

Much better run from Sandra and Marc's new house (got a tour of work in progress) home. Things felt like they should feel and could push a little towords the end. Dreary day with some patches of blue.

was gone for 2 days to Interlaken visiting friends and also having lunch with a friend in Bern.
When I got home, I was too tired to go for a jog I had planned/hoped for; instead I did a "quick" 2km row workout which woke up my energy again ;-).

Somehow, today, I was running in a haze. A few times I noticed that all of a sudden, I didn't have any idea anymore where I was (I found home anyway ;-)). But my legs or connective tissues hurt, I felt uncoordinated and had no strength in my muscles. Well, it was a good day out and almost too warm and I heard the birds twittering.

Yoga 45:00 [1]

My regular yoga class for 80 min; today some vinyasa (20 min), then lots of yin (long stretches with holding them) yoga and a longish nidra (meditation) yoga. Felt super recharged when I walked home.
