Running 57:11 [3] 7.28 km (7:52 / km) +80m 7:27 / km

Wow, one of the faster times on this loop! (but why?) After all the snow last weekend with cold temps and the south/west-wind and rain storms over the last 2 days with lots of very strong winds, the sun came out now and it was a truly wonderful, calm and balmy day. Lots of people out walking.

Yoga 1:30:00 [1]

Went to a 4-hr Yin-Yan "Light within" workshop which was very good. Did all kinds of different yoga-types out of which about 90 min were Vinyasa, then Yin-yoga which really stretches my connective tissue. A wonderful afternoon with trying to find the "inner light" and strength. Felt good, especially after all the news these last 2 weeks.
