Mountain Biking 1:38:33 [3] 18.25 km (5:24 / km) +527m 4:43 / km

First time out with my mtb. Wanted to explore the Areuse Gorge on the other side as it showed a pretty good trail on the SW-side. But it narrowed again and after the predicament I was in last Oct. on the other side, I opted to go uphill (lots of pushing the bike) to Chambrelien and beyond.
Lots of fun on this ride. good to rest my knees and muscles after the running over the last trainings.

Had a not-so-good day (it's Easter Monday another day off), and I napped for a long time. finally headed out, Urs brought me a bit higher up and did an exploratory run zig-zag down mostly for doing a long run, but also to put some more pieces into the map puzzle about our new area. Felt much better and more awake after a while. Lots of stopping though, and reading the map or planning where else I could go.
