Orienteering race 49:41 [4] 6.71 km (7:24 / km) +46m 7:10 / km

Went to a fun street-O race on Lake Geneva, in St-Prex. Chose the Middle technical, but it was really kind of long for me and it seemed to have more uphill than the measured 46 m. Felt the lack of fast training though and it was good to get me started with that.

Checking on our ski touring equipment by doing a very easy tour. Nice route choice over rolling hills but mostly going slightly uphill. Urs did not feel good, so stopped lots of times. Eventually made it to the ridge (only 1 k away from Mt. Racine) where we had a sandwich and turned to go back. It was no fun for him.
Beautiful sunny day and very nice snow (finally!!). I hope it lasts a few more days. Nice to see what would be possible, the skiing and skating would be fantastic. There are lots of tracks I have not done yet.

Coming back, some downhill in nice snow, then also a shortish uphill where we carried our skis, Then Urs went the shorter way straight to the pass with a restaurant and I went by myself following the cross-country ski tracks back to the car. That was fun, lots of gentle uphill that I could skate up despite my (light and wide) touring skis, and fun downhills which are so much easier on these skis than the skinny cross-country skis would be. I really liked that part.

Yoga 1:15:00 [1]

The first yoga class again in a month (was in Davos, had company and it was vacation here in NE). Felt very good, boy, am I llimited in motion with my arms, shoulder area and, of course, legs. Loosened up a lot, but was so dead tired, had a nap when I came home.
I actually have been so very and deeply tired lately. Not much energy or motivation to work out.
