We had sunshine after a rainy night! Went for a quick run to the Planeyse and did 2x 1 k on the wood chip track, then a little detour on the grass and home.
We've had people over every day for these last 3 days, so I had to do a lot of preparing, cooking and having everything ready. It was fun, but now, I need a day for myself. It has been a very busy last 2 weeks.
And...... maybe, we will get some snow tonight, it is raining cats and dogs, hopefully the temperatures will drop a little so the higher elevation gets some snow. It is about time. We've had a very dry last 6 months which was fine with me, but I'd be ready for some cross-country skiing now.

Went for an exploratory jog in the dark, first, it rained a bit. My stomach still felt so full and not wanting to digest my lunch. I thought some activity would do me good. Had to climb a fence at one point as I ended in somebody's orchard and another time, I looked for a trail in a meadow and eventually went back to the dirt road. Felt good to be out.
