Hiking 24:24 [1] 1.36 km (17:56 / km) +37m 15:48 / km

Easy hike with Urs above the fog and above La Chaux-de-Fonds. We found another very beautiful and gentle area to hike, bike, run and maybe if we ever get snow, cross-country ski.

Running 1:02:23 [2] 5.92 km (10:32 / km) +92m 9:46 / km

Slow jog to check out my right knee after I tweaked it last wednesday. Was still tender, so I took it very slowly. Some jogging through meadows without any trails. Other trails were wonderfully rugged. Felt really good to be out again.
Too bad, we just had our sandwiches before I started running, so felt it and I was thirsty too. But sometimes, one has to catch the opportunity when there's the chance to run.

Running 1:00:25 [3] 7.11 km (8:30 / km) +78m 8:04 / km

Went out in drizzle for "my" lake loop. Good beginning, but legs felt heavier and heavier after 2 k. Don't know why.
Also, my right knee hurt more today; I tweaked it while sleeping and limped in the morning. Then it disappeared and I forgot about it until in middle of the run. Inside and outside right meniscus. At home, I tweaked it again while standing and wanting to turn, and this now really hurt. Hmmm, hopefully nothing split off again :-(. Will rest it a little.

Running 43:19 [3] 5.01 km (8:39 / km) +153m 7:30 / km

Cold run; the "train by racing" on Saturday must have worked a little, I have never been able to run this loop under 45 min. Great. Goal eventually would be to do it under 40 min.
