Roadbiking 1:41:30 [3] 35.16 km (2:53 / km) +385m 2:44 / km

Went out by myself w the road bike. Have put new cleats on (Eggbeaters) as I didn't seem to get out of my pedals w my right knee bc of its weakness. The eggbeaters make a ton of a difference.
Very enjoyable ride, very hot (!) and could really push in part, pull up on the pedal and get a good stride. Very happy w it.
Watching WOC Long afterwards.

Mountain Biking 2:17:36 [3] 35.76 km (3:51 / km) +573m 3:34 / km

After a day of rest yesterday, I went for a beautiful, sunny mtb ride over the Gurten for a Change. Felt quite good and strong and was very happy with it. Just made it back in time for the women's relay start at WOC!

Swimming 20:00 [1] 1.0 km (20:00 / km)

We went to colombier to see how our new apartment is coming along. Then we went for the first time down to the lake and took a long, nice swim. It felt like being on vacations!
12 PM

Running 1:11:06 [2] 8.2 km (8:40 / km) +215m 7:40 / km

Followed the same route I did on Saturday to look for my house key which much have fallen out, but no luck (I only gave it about a 15% Chance anyway; too many People about.). Quite a slow jog, but my legs did not feel like wanting to move anyway.
