Running 1:01:35 [2] 6.21 km (9:55 / km) +187m 8:37 / km

Easy run as I just felt I wanted to get out as there was a break in the constant rain (since Friday).
Stopped several times: once to watch the Federer's final matchpoint to win the tournament in Istanbul on my I-phone (and did not stop the watch); then to backtrack at one place because the Aare is at flooding stage here in Berne and I tried to find another way through some fields. However, I got to a place with a Bridge that was completely under water and was chatting with some People what to do but eventually I went the appr. 20 m through it up to my knees (!). But it continued all along the Aare, the big trail was partly covered with water. Lots of Picture taking and talking to People. Luckily, it was warm!
Now, my kneecaps don't hurt anymore, but the outer meniscus which is spots is rubbing on the Surface of the fibula hurt. I have started to put those colorful tapes over my knees, and they actually seem to work. I'll try some more and different variations.

Another winter endurance base Training. Went better than 2 weeks ago. Beautiful scenery with fields of dandelions or yellow canola fields and the Swiss Alps in the background. Stopped several times because it was so striking.

Running 45:35 [3] 5.47 km (8:20 / km) +144m 7:22 / km

The first run in a week: the same evening run as a week ago when Urs took a walk with Matti, today to throw rocks into the water and Play and run around.
Felt surprisingly good during the run even though my right knee had hurt the previous few days after the bike-O race.
This is really a roller-coaster of recovery from being hopeful to Resignation and being down and so on. Today was good, who knows why?
