Running 37:34 [3] 4.15 km (9:03 / km) +92m 8:09 / km

Back home. Had to go grocery shopping at the Migros at the main station and decided to add a training in the Bremer woods close-by, the same loop I did 2 weeks ago.
We had about 5 cm of new snow which turned into a slushy, wet mess in the woods. Came back with very wet and cold feet.
Run felt good on my knee, no complaints.
The head still feels as if it's stuffed with cotton candy and the nose was running. But glad I have more energy than those bad 5 days last week, but the cold/flu seems far from over. It is also really hard to find restful sleep as I am coughing a lot during the night. But overall, things are looking up.

Classic x-c skiing 56:04 [2] 6.57 km (8:32 / km) +84m 8:01 / km

Last ski of our week's vacation in Davos. Skied with Urs up into the Dischmatal when strong winds made us turn around and we went back down and did a loop at the cross-country ski center before heading back to the car and home into clouds and rain/snow mixture.
It was an exceptional week weatherwise with no cloud in the sky all week. Of course, it was lots of fun spending the time with SaMaMatti+: Sandra having a big belly now (only little over 2 weeks to go and still skiing strong), Matti who has turned into a parakeet repeating all the words and expressing now what he wants, and Marc who had to "work" at his dentist's conference but finding always time to ski/run, ski with Matti in the chariot or sledding with him.

Went for a little loop with Urs as it was only his second time in the last 20 years on classic xc skis. He did well.

in the morning, I went with Sandra (it is her birthday today!) and Matti with the cog up to Schatzalp (where Thomas Mann wrote his famous "Zauperberg) and went with Matti up to the Strelalp to have a milk and wait for Sandra who did a hiking loop.
It was another truly marvellous day in Davos and the mountains.

Another beautiful day in Davos. Even though I had another pretty miserable night with my cold and stuffy nose and sore throat, I just had to get out. Eventually I found "my" slow flow again which was very comfortable. Going down the valley felt very hot but when I turned back on the highest point, the wind was in my face and it was much cooler.
So glad to be able to be out at all.

Classic x-c skiing 1:49:19 [2] 11.98 km (9:07 / km) +116m 8:42 / km

Another beautiful day full of sunshine in Davos.
Went for a little classic outing, easy-going as my cold is so much worse today: head is foggy, nose is running and cough is bothering. Eventually found a nice rhythm and lost track of time. Skis held really well on the way up.

.PS: I set my newish Garmin to continue even when I am going uphill slowly or stop to cross the road. So the time exercised is actually a bit shorter.
