Did a nice jog with Jeanette who was visiting (she used to work at the hotel, too), so we chatted away. I also showed her the sights a little, and at the end we went through the animal park and saw the lynx out.
Felt quite good. :-)
PS: these times don't seem right, the Garmin stopped a lot, so the time is not accurate really.
Finally decided to join a fitness center in a PT place not far from where we live. After an introduction on Tuesday, I tried things out today:
Biking: 4 km in 12 min
Rowing: 2 km in 12 min
Strength: Leg press, 3x20 for quads and 2x20 for calves
Torso rotation: 3x20 each side
Adductor strength: 3x20
Then 4 min on a "power plate thingy" with some leg squats.

The first time it was really cold out and the trails were iced over, so I had to be really careful. But felt quite good about jogging and the distance, finally.
It had snowed over the last few days, so it is generally nice out (but I haven't been out much in the last 2 months anyway.
