the first time I really broke a sweat! I'm getting "faster", but still very slowly. It's frustrating how I seem to have to re-learn the running motion. It's also because I don't seem to have the strength anymore to push off with my calves.
I am really trying not to limp anymore, but it's hard. I'm also making an effort to stretch my leg through with each step because I can still not stretch the right leg.
Luckily it had a bit of new wonderful snow today, and it finally washed my running shoes from some mud from last fall ;-).

Got a little "training" in while Matti was sleeping.
With Matti being here the normal Tu/Wed, then work on Thu and Sandra and matti coming on Friday for lunch then Matti staying over the weekend, there was no time, but mostly no energy for a training. I also seem to fight a cold (or it's the same for the last 2 month which always bounces back), and I'm sleeping very badly. Who knows.
