Mountain Biking 1:45:27 [2] 30.11 km (3:30 / km) +255m 3:22 / km

Decided that I could go out and bike even with almost winterlike temps as I'm also cross-country skiing in the deep of winter. It's just a matter of what to wear.
Enjoyed my outing, went easy and hardly ever went into the biggest of the front gears. Mostly cruising. Felt so very good and it worked wonders on my aching SI-joint.
Very happy with having decided to go.

Yoga 20:00 [1]

Another 20-min yoga program but today my leg/knee would not tolerate as much. Adapted with other yoga exercises.

Another wetish-kind of day not inviting to go outside.
Decided to get started with a little 20 min Yoga-program. Felt so good especially as my back has been hurting more and more.
Of course, I cannot do some of the stances such as the warriors with my injured knee bent or when that leg becomes the stabilising part to support the exercise. Tried to adapt wherever I could.

Followed the yoga with at least 20 min of upper body and core strengthening exercises, did 3x15 reps using my body for weightbearing.
