Recovery run from yesterday's run. Almost no soreness anymore when I do the Gurtenloop and steep downhill.
Getting stuff ready and packing for leaving Tuesday eve for Colorado and next Saturday for Molly and Christoph's wedding :-)!

Nice bike ride, pushed it a bit. Thought I was getting caught in a thunderstorm as raindrops were falling at the beginning, but then it was ok except the last 10 k I rode into gusty head(West) wind.
