Running 1:20:53 [3] 9.93 km (8:09 / km) +168m 7:31 / km

Very slow run (jog) back from Urs's mom's house in Bolligen (it finally sold last Wednesday) to home. I took it easy, stopped a few times, read my map as I was not sure about the route as I had wanted to find as many forest trails as possible. Still, about 80% of it was paved.
My legs felt better today, but the back hurt more.

Downhill skiing 2:00:00 [2]

Went early to go downhill skiing in Saanenmöser. We thought we still would have some sun before clouds moved in and that we could ski in new snow that fell overnight. Well, the clouds were already there and it made for very hard skiing as it was blind. And the new snow was kind of heavy, not the fluffy type I had anticipated. Plus we were both kind of reduced from various ailments (should have stayed in bed). The first few downhills were cautious and hard work. After 2 hours I needed to get inside to recover and drink more fluids. Somehow, the blindness had lifted a bit and the skiing was better, and we enjoyed the following 2 hours before I needed a break and some liquids again. We skied a total of over 6 hours and it got more and more fun despite the deeper snow and harder work. But my back was talking to me by the end and I was always anzy about my painful right knee, but it survived, too.
By the end, Urs's cold and bronchitis and my bladder infection (or whatever it was) were both slightly better.

Running 50:55 [3] 6.58 km (7:44 / km) +247m 6:31 / km

After Matti-sitting from Wed afternoon to yesterday afternoon, I was really psyched to go running today. Even though I had no muscle soreness or tightness from my long run, I was amazed how uncooperative my legs/muscles felt today. So I decided not to push it and go for a recovery run and relaxed doing it. Did only my one 1-km pick-up and could do it in 6 min. Felt very good to be out.

Running 1:32:18 [3] 12.45 km (7:25 / km) +198m 6:52 / km

The first longish run in almost a month. Had little trouble till about 10 k or 1:10, then coming back I started dragging.
Went on the left side of the Aare, up over the edges along some woods and fields to the airfield Belpmoos and then further to the wooden covered Auguetbridge and back the other side.
At the one point where I turned a month ago, I was now 3 min. faster.
6.38 km and 45.40 to the turn-around on the bridge.
6.07 km and 46.38 back home.

Running 48:36 [3] 6.62 km (7:20 / km) +274m 6:05 / km

Today, felt like I was running well again after some weeks of low-running. Did a 1 km-pickup in 6.02. I was pleased.
Also, this was the first day in over 2 weeks where it was a bit coldish again.
