Wanted to squeeze in a Long run today. Went from home up the Aare to the Auguetbridge (covered wooden Bridge). Did ok despite the fact that the legs felt like lead and my head was wrapped in bubble wrap. Still enjoyed it tremendously. After snow all night, the sun was out and it felt wonderful. Some ice now on groomed trails, and some slush other places.
