Running from home (first time in a few years) and into the rain. Luckily, it was still warm. Stopped quite a bit to look at animals or chat with dog owners or just plain enjoy it and check on how big the young swans have become.

Went up to Tête de Ran and hiked with Urs to the top. Then did an easy jog along the ridge until I needed to turn back.
I was still sore from yesterday and the leg muscles were tired.

Went to Büren aA to run with Margrit. We did our regular loop. She was way faster and adjusted to my speed. had to walk to longer uphills. Lots of chatting though.

Beautiful NW in the late afternoon. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, lots of snow in the mountains and still golden leaves on the trees. The sights were incredible.
