Bike O race 1:20:31 [5] 15.21 km (5:18 / km) +481m 4:34 / km

Long Distance Bike-O Champs. Nice course, made a huge mistake to nr. 1 and then was catching up constantly. Missed coming in 1st by 10 sec. Boo.

Running 13:30 [2] 1.9 km (7:07 / km) +88m 5:46 / km

Biking to the start. As I was helping at the registration, I was the last one going to the start and had to collect the flags along the way.

Went over to Sandra to repot some of her big plants. Amazing how quickly time flies when you're chatting.
We had to hurry to get a ride in before I had to go back home for dinner w Urs and theater.

Felt kind of weak during the ride, don't know why. Talked a lot and listened more and probably not paying attention to what my body was saying that this is Sandra's slow pace which is still too fast for me especially going all those uphills.
But then, I really have not trained much lately. I after coming back from Ethiopia my health has been kind of shaky. And, I spend lots of hours w Bulletin 4 forgetting about the time and to go outside and train.

Teaching 2 yoga classes. Felt very good and was as limber as I had rarely been before. don't know why.

Then, it was raining, too, and I decided to do 2 shortish yoga programs. Felt good, but did nothing for my fitness.
