Bike O race 40:25 [5] 9.8 km (4:07 / km) +220m 3:42 / km

Middle Distance Bike-O Champs; went just quickly before taking off to Ethiopia. Was in a rush and not quite concentrated. Luckily, it was an easy course. I like my new tires, they roll better. But I had to walk some of the uphills, just still cant' do it. But I could win it! yipee!

Ran my Lac-O-Lac "race" together with Sandra who bought it for me for my birthday and also to celebrate our mother's day together. Very nice and wonderful, we chatted almost all the way. Some controls were actually really some real orienteering. But so much fun to do it together! Thanks, Sandra :-)

Mountain Biking 56:24 [3] 14.63 km (3:51 / km) +184m 3:38 / km

After the O-"race" Sandra and I did a loop on the mountain bike, that is, Sandra chatted all the way and I gasped for breath a lot of the time! Nice loop but in the end I got dizzy, close to fainting and really white. Had not eaten anything nor drunk much since breakfast, and it was a gorgeous summer day almost 30 degrees hot!
But very exciting to do it all.

Teaching two fitness yoga classes and felt so good after the run on Wednesday.

Ran the Elfenauloop again, this time I improved by half a minute or more.
Spent all day at home getting ready for a trip and working on WOC (B3+4).
