Teaching of good yoga lesson, really loosened up my muscles and fascia!

NW class, only 2 people showed up (my favorite people!) and we did a long and fast loop to Lombach down to Lake of Thun, the ruins Wyssenau and along the Aare back. Very crisp pace and we discussed everything in the world, it was so interesting and great!

Wanted to go run before it started to rain but when I stepped out the door, it was already raining :-(. Went anyway but put on a hat to protect the glasses. Was disappointingly slow. What's with me these last 2 weeks that it seems I run with the handbrake on? Can't figure it out except that I have backpains for the last 2 weeks, too.

Teaching my 3 Tuesday classes again all body strength and core conditioning with the bands. My upper body felt it quite a bit.

NW with my seniors going to the animal park and up a bit on the Harder and back down, and core conditioning class in the afternoon with the harder bands. Again, full body strength workout.
