Did our nice loop again, quite fun and coolish after a stormy Friday night and cold rainy Saturday. But the Alps were visible almost to the touch, very impressive!

Ran the big Bremer-loop; wanted to take it easy and "just" see how this feels again. Slower than in April, I'm afraid, but it was also very very hot, just before a storm was supposed to hit us with gale winds, thunder and a sharp drop of temperture.
Well, I decided that now I've started my winter training!! I can only get faster again (hopefully without being injured).

Note: last week while orienteering I only had tired legs after 3 days of competing and did a day of rest. Now, on Tuesday after 2 days of teaching fitness classes again and Nordic Walking, my lower legs hurt again. Rats! This time it is mostly the outside shin of the left leg. Ibuprofein helps.

Thursday NW class: we went up to the Schibeflueh; very muggy and hot just before severe thunderstorms hit.

Do quickly the Elefenauloop (stopped the Garmin again instead of pushing split).

Teaching classes 1:30:00 [2]

Teaching my 3 classes, terribly hot so I kept it kind of quiet with all body movements but not many aerobic moves. The last class was challenging as always for my core muscles.

Back to work and teaching my 2 classes: Nordic Walking to Lombach (very hot) and back to bakery for birthday coffee and cake ;-), then core conditioning class.
