Ran the big Bremer-loop; wanted to take it easy and "just" see how this feels again. Slower than in April, I'm afraid, but it was also very very hot, just before a storm was supposed to hit us with gale winds, thunder and a sharp drop of temperture.
Well, I decided that now I've started my winter training!! I can only get faster again (hopefully without being injured).
Note: last week while orienteering I only had tired legs after 3 days of competing and did a day of rest. Now, on Tuesday after 2 days of teaching fitness classes again and Nordic Walking, my lower legs hurt again. Rats! This time it is mostly the outside shin of the left leg. Ibuprofein helps.
