Teaching my 3 core conditioning classes, my stomach muscles started to scream in the last class. (actually, they are all 45 min long, but effort might have been 30 min)

Ran from Gerzensee up onto the top of Belpberg where I met urs who had come up on his bike, then we went down individually again. Very nice loop. I like to do this more often.

Nice bikeride from Gerzensee partway back to Bern to a Restaurant where I met urs again for a beer!
