Went skate skiing on the Engstligenalp (look in Sandra's AP log this week, she did the same thing). Wanted to switch from my skate skis to the classic ones but was too lazy to go back. I also wanted to fathom any ray of sunshine I could get. I really love that place up on 2000 m! I have been then often and climbed many of the surrounding peaks.
1st loop: 30.27; 2nd loop: 30:53, total 1:01 for 11 km; 3rd loop 30:10 for 1:31:31 total for 16.5 km.
I was pleased and seemed to have found my old rhythm back and some of the balance on those narrow skis. Fun fun fun!

Decided to add some variety into my running routine and realised that with our warm weather, the Gurten probably might be snowfree by now!
Did my "old" loop and was quite pleased w the time, though I have to look back to last year to compare.
Found some icy spots on the way down and slowed way down mostly out of insecurity and that it didn't quite see it right in front of my feet. Lost about 1-2 minutes there.
The temps today were 14 degrees Celsius (55 F)

Only 2 people showed up today for NW class :-(! it was too beautiful, people went somewhere into the mountains and various other reasons.
We went to Ruedi's hut up on the Harder. Very pleasant and good pace.

Yoga 45:00 [1]

Teaching good yoga class (it is actually 1.15 hr long), we are working on some poses and making great progress. I feel like the Rolfing is indeed giving me more freedom to move, as in more flexibility that I never had!

After my Rolfing therapy I went for a quick run and did the small Elfenau loop. I guess I was quite fast and felt pleased. Another beautiful sunny and warm day for my bd :-)!

Teaching 2 strength and core conditioning classes. The second one in the evening is very strenuous and feels very good.
