Orienteering race 55:46 [4] 4.07 km (13:43 / km) +160m 11:28 / km

O race near Einsiedeln in very steep terrain. Some controls were easy others quite hard in those steep slopes. Came in 5th and was quite pleased as I hardly made a mistake except being slow in the second part.

Orienteering 19:27 [2] 1.1 km (17:42 / km) +160m 10:15 / km

Warm up to the start steeply up.

Orienteering race 13:22 [5] 2.03 km (6:35 / km) +40m 6:00 / km

Sprint in Einsiedeln; it was so incredibly fast, incredibly short and incredibly tricky and hard, it was over before I could blink with the eyes ;-). One had to know every step of the way where one was, and the town is so full of alleyways, some go through, some do not, and then the angles were very complicated so one could go down the wrong street really fast and be lost. Made one "major" route choice mistake which cost me about 25 secs. Other than that it went well. Came in 6th, and I was pleased.
BTW: the sprint was in Einsiedeln which has an incredible monastery and is the place for lots of pilgrims and visitors from all over the world.

Instead of going running I decided to do a half hour on the mini trampolin so I would not be sore for tomorrow's races.

Thursday eve NW; go to Heimwehflueh and around Kl. Rugen.

Yoga 50:00 [1]

Teaching good yoga class, very smooth lesson and feels great.

Did the loop in Bremer; Had to do some detours as there's construction going on.

Tuesday evening NW class and do the Harder loop.

I was also teaching 2 senior core and balance classes. I had quite a bit of sore stomach muscles from yesterday!

Ran at lunch to Lombach, 2nd bridge and back. A little disappointed that I wasn't faster, but I also did not push but tried to run at a good pace.

Teaching the core strength training class with the soft gymballs which always gives me sore muscles!
