Classic x-c skiing 35:41 [2] 6.0 km (5:57 / km) +70m 5:37 / km

After a 2-weeks recovery time, I tried to go jogging again, and it worked!! My left hamstring still hurt quite a bit, but it was bearable. Cannot push nor do a long step, but a light jog was possible. Yipee!
Again.... it snowed!! It has been snowing so much this winter. it started end of October, and it is still going on. But today, it also rained into the snow, so spring should not be far away, I hope!!

Yoga 50:00 [1]

Did the yoga class and it actually felt really good on my leg muscles especially my hamstrings.
Started getting very sore muscles from yesterday: quads and calves! It shows that I have not been training this last 10 days :-(.

Note: I have been teaching my classes as usual but adapted to not using my hamstring too much.

Nordic Walking 50:00 [2] 6.0 km (8:20 / km)

I had been NW the last week but had problems keeping up with the fast people as I couldn't stretch my leg as needed for NW. So, I also ended up going without poles as I could do shorter steps. But then, it also snowed again and again, I actually had to cancel one session and with others it was so icy that we could not go fast.

Today, we started from Christine's place and went along the Aare over the wooden bridge into Unterseen and back to her for a birthday party for us 3 people!! It was a lot of fun :-)).

Snowshoe Touring 2:00:00 [2] 4.5 km (26:40 / km) +360m 19:03 / km

Went on a snowshoe hike with another group. It had snowed yesterday almost a meter, and avalanche danger was extreme. So I changed the goal and went to Mürren. We hiked from Winteregg to Mürren. One person was extremely slow (maybe she was mentally very afraid of the new snow). It was amazing, snow piling up to the roofs of houses!
Others were plowing through 3 ft of snow as my hamstring did not allow for this heavy work for longer times.
A beautiful but also very tiring day. My hamstring hurt a lot during the night and had to take some ibuprofen.
