Downhill skiing 1:00:00 [1]

We went up to Mürren late Saturday afternoon to escape the fog and catch some sunshine and do some talking because of my uncertain workfuture.
Did some skiing on the Schilthorn (James Bond Peak) but did not feel very strong and rested quite a bit in the sunshine. Went down the "Kannonenrohr" 2 times! Beautiful skiing, cold but under blue skies and sunshine :-)

Unspecified 1 [0]

Again, can't get myself to go running. It is cold outside and the trails are icy. Stay inside over lunch.
Big surprise later: my job will be cut to 50 % after April 1st. Rats :-(

Yoga 1:00:00 [1]

Good yoga class

Nordic Walking 1:00:00 [2] 6.5 km (9:14 / km)

NW again in neighboring Unterseen from the Aare over the wooden bridge to the hospital to the Lombach and back. Turned out to be a long walk!

Running 46:58 [3] 8.0 km (5:52 / km) +110m 5:30 / km

Went running over lunch to check on trail conditions for the Nordic Walking in the evening. Went to Lombach but that trail was very icy and tricky in spots. Came back through the neighborhoods of Unterseen where the little streets were cleared.
Still very cold and grey.

Nordic Walking 1:05:00 [2] 7.0 km (9:17 / km) +110m 8:37 / km

"Had" to go Nordic Walking! Only 2 people show up and I was tempted to let them go by themselves, but they dragged me along. To Lombach and through Unterseen and hospital back. Mostly on ice-free little roads. Fast pace, and I was dragging (am I getting sick, too, like everyone??).

Teaching classes 1:00:00 [1]

Teach my 2 Monday Core classes. Lots of abdominal and back strengthening exercises on the ball: 8-10-12 reps each. Do also some side body strengthening exercises. Quite tough ;-).

Note: Cancelled my NW senior class as it was too cold, and I feared for the heart and lung health of those older people some with heart problems, others with diabetes.
