Running 1:11:51 [3] 6.98 km (10:18 / km) +165m 9:13 / km

Escaped the fog which was higher than I thought above Les Grattes and found sunshine on Prè Devant. Stayed on same height, well wanted to go to Coffrane and make a loop, but turned before. Same way back.

Running 1:26:42 [3] 7.6 km (11:25 / km) +293m 9:34 / km

Wanted to get out and do something different. Drove to Trois Rods and left the car. Ran up until the trail left the woods on height of Rochefort then over to the Château de Rochefort which they are reconstructing. Walked around, they did quite a bit of structure in a year.
Then got down steeply and took some different trails but eventually decided to go back onto the forest road I came up from. Fun outing.

Strength 'n Stretching 1:00:00 [3]

Did the CAF-class again which was again very challenging, this time only with weights and mostly standing: lunges, squats, side-adductors, etc., until my muscles were screaming. But the program is still so interesting and often I adapt with doing it withough weights or when balancing, holding on to something.
However, I DO notice that some things go easier by now and that I must have made some progress. Certainly, I have less sore muscles or just slightly. It took awhile now to get to that point (3 mos at least), but still, progress is progress.

Running 36:34 [2] 4.24 km (8:37 / km) +46m 8:11 / km

Easy jog home after the class and felt much better in my legs than previous times I did that. Whew.

Mountain Biking 3:39 [3] 0.81 km (4:30 / km) +36m 3:41 / km

Bike O 1:23:31 [4] 16.03 km (5:13 / km) +349m 4:42 / km

Did an organized bike-O training with timekeeping ang all (with Air-touch). Escaped the rain and was actually "warmer" in the woods than expected, still about 5 degrees. Some trails were muddy from all the rain and it was tough riding on them and I still don't seem to have that strength. But there were also lots of fun single trails with lots of roots and turns and twists. The course was excellent with route choices. A really fun training.
(For trainings we (in Switzerland) don't need a permit and can therefore use all the trails and shortcuts that are usually off-limit when we have to ask for a permit for an official meet. However, in some of those trainings I have been to, there is usually a crowd of at least 50 people, sometimes from all over CH and surely over half if not all of the Swiss team! So maddening that reality with permits are so short-sighted on behalf of authorities. Sigh)
