Yoga 1:00:00 [1]

Regular yoga class with very good stretches but also long vinyasa sequence which left me a bit exhausted. Puzzling how this can happen, but holding a pose for over a minute really taxes the muscles through strength, balance and endurance.

A quick run with leg muscles still as heavy as lead, only twds the end a little better.
