Orienteering (Shirebrook orienteering) 26:16 [4] 4.62 km (5:41 / km)

First syo saturday series (light green for age group). About 2 mins worth of mistakes on one control, was too far up the bank and behind a green thicket but apart from that was a pretty clean run however I didn't push too hard as my legs are still slightly painful from thursday. Run and drills warm up and jog warm down.

Running (Hallamshire Harriers) 27:23 [5] 6.16 km (4:27 / km)

650 hill x4, up and overs x8, bollard hill sprints x6
(wu+wd). Feeling pretty good and my coach commented that I maintained my pace if not got faster on all reps.

Orienteering (SYO club night) 30:00 [4] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)

Limb valley orienteering training. A slopes exercise practicing night o on slopes and not getting dragged down. Then a few sprint exercises however I fell badly so finished early. Just a skin injury.

Running (Hallashire harriers) 20:00 [5] 4.8 km (4:10 / km)

about 600m x8 and warm down included
a fair amount of hill and ran around xc pace. 1km run and drills warm up + jog warm down.

Orienteering (Sandal Beat orienteering) 37:46 [3] 4.8 km (7:52 / km)

Been feeling slightly under the weather yesterday and in the morning today so didn't go 100%. Forgot my watch, so was added to a trace on strava. Blue course.
