In the lakes, very marshy and rough terrain so good terrain practise.

Very hot, and fairly marshy so fell over quite a lot, but good for first terrain race back.

Kim shadowed, long legs with a lot of checkpoints on the way and visualising. Very very hot.

Super hilly and mainly consisted of hacking through bracken. Very humid and hot aswell

Up Crinkle gill so a lot of climbing and bouldering on the way.
