Orienteering race (Graythwaite middle) 31:34 [5] 2.2 km (14:21 / km) +120m 11:16 / km

Weekend ended on a high with a first place, really happy with my run given yesterday. Lost nearly two minutes on number one, I was very close and missed it by the other side of the knoll. Apart from that it was pretty smooth with some difficult running terrain to compete with. Ran 2.85.

Orienteering race (Graythwaite Long) 1:05:00 [5] 3.9 km (16:40 / km) +230m 12:52 / km

Ran 5.37. Pretty awful, I lost time in the control circle mainly at a few controls after excecuting the leg well which was annoying and got stuck in some dark green. I hope that tomorrow Iwill really make sure I tick off all the features and stay in contact with the map all the time and choose my route choices to avoid areas where I could potentially get stuck in.

Orienteering race (Windermere sprint) 12:17 [5] 1.7 km (7:14 / km)

2nd place in w16. Fairly good run I lost time on 6 because I didn't entirely read the control descriptions which then lead me to be slightly disoriented on the way to 7. My siac didn't work strangely on all the controls so a couple of seconds could have been gained on my time if it did. Fairly fast and clean run though.

Training for time trial, 3km in graves, maintained pace over a few hills which were difficult.

Ride to brunch at forge dam so many hard hills

Very hot, and fairly marshy so fell over quite a lot, but good for first terrain race back.

Kim shadowed, long legs with a lot of checkpoints on the way and visualising. Very very hot.

Super hilly and mainly consisted of hacking through bracken. Very humid and hot aswell
