1.1km repeats 6 times with 3 mins rest in between each run. Part of hallamshire harriers and Simon (my running coach) was working on my technique especially making sure I don't bend over to far on steeper hills.
1.1km loop for both warm up (followed by drills) and warm down. Legs still slightly sore from last thursday.
