Georgia Navigator Cup
Brown.
Near perfect day. Sunny, calm, low 50s.
Mostly walking. Lost concentration going to 5 and ended up about 200M to the right. Maybe 4 minutes lost. And then the Finish. Because of new tree plantings the Finish was moved. It went from about 60M from the last control to about 5M. When right by it. What I thought was the finish shoot took me to Download, where a fellow asked me "Did you punch Finish?" So I walked back and found it. 47 Seconds had to be one of the longest finishes.

Rainy morning so it's an indoor workout.
Cross Train 1 program. 120 minutes at level 16.
Manual program. 12 minutes at a constant level 14.

Cardio cinema: Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation
Lots of action. Mindless fun. Just the thing for this kind of workout.
