1st set of intervals in a long time. Hard, especially at -20, all the clothes makes things slow. But I did achieve the paces I hoped to hit, so that is good.

Ride with Finn around Wolf Creek trails - very nice, lots of people there riding in the trees to stay out of the howling wind in town.
