NWJS training on Blakeholme.
Five short loops, two shadowed by Al Thomas with good feedback.
Need to take in more detail coming into the control circle like vegitation AS WELL AS contours and direction after a corner or turn.

Straight up at the start for 1.75km then turned right with a bit more ascent.
Slightly longer descent then flattish finish for 2.5km
Left knee hurt on impact to begin with but eased as I warmed up
