Heel very sore at start ,wears off 1 km in to run ok and then sore after ,jog pond cut through to two copses up steep hil,lost a lot of fitness,back to bodfish ,little loop at end to get over 3 km

Stupidly went for a walk long copse and surprise ,surprise foot very sore !

Such a lovely day do long copse and carriage drive foot not too bad in response
