Run across past glebe farm to patsford bridge then up really tough hill ,first time in 2 years ? Tried bridleway but ploughed field meant could not get on footpath so ran to long buckby road then back but do two hills at the end too tough and hot but we did it
Wonderful sunny fresh day ,run on the roads down to whilton,past the bunces to the long copse ,little brington ,Roberts barn ,see the francis,s ,do a loop to get over 10 km felt ok until last hill,and back lane a shock
Gym carried weights two laps then two sets of weights last stopped arms tired ,also hamstring stretches.Time to do more of this

Ned in lockdown again ,so no bluebells ,hamstring exercise which was good because it is different ,240 metres for the lap 3-08 time roughly .followed by gym as training been two dimensional
