Inshes maprun
Felt sore beforehand but managed to loosen off a fair amount. R hammy/glute was still a bit sore. And weirdly I had my first problems with asthma since march/april which is odd cos it was fairly warm. Would expect it to flare up maybe october time.
Despite this was really fun and using maprun for the first time was no botrer
