Some nice areas separated by head high bracken, brambles or nettles.
Went segment hunting at lunch with the boys but legs handled it okay

Beinn nan Oighreag, depressingly 5m to low to be a Munro
The return of the boggy pathless hills. Didn’t really wanna do this because the legs were really sore, the cloud level was at like 550m and it was only a Corbett. The summit was out of the cloud and in the sun which made it all worthwhile. The views were insane seeing all the other hills poking out of the clouds.

Legs feeling a bit tired but hardly surprising seeing as in the last 6 days I’ve done 8 new munros, one corbett and still had two rest days.

Tried to push on the climb but after about 15 mins my calves staryed to seize up really badly, had to stop and stretch them like every minute or so
Was also way too hot and felt a bit sick
Nice rocky hill though shame I couldn’t push as hard as I wanted to
Stopped before I had finished the segment which is annoying because I’m pretty sure I would’ve still got the CR

Note

got some exercises for my shoulder. It was still sore on our run yesterday especially the descents but at least I’m doing something to make it better now
