SLR round Mortonhall with AJ, nice new gravel road at the far end although pretty wet and muddy today. Got caught in some rain as well which made it a bit cold, but otherwise a very nice run.

Early one on the seat with spud. Took in a few nice scrambles, saw the otters and got apples from the duddy orchard, good stuff. Quads feeling some of the steep bits but otherwise legs fine.

Took a shortcut by avoiding hermitage but nice to be able to get round shortonhall in an hour. Felt good so ran strongly on some of the uphills, rating the tarmac climbs actually (but still heavily dislike tarmac descents). Pretty muddy in places.
