4-min walk, then I ran the rest without any walk breaks. Right hip is good! On my next run I won’t start my watch till I’ve finished my warmup walk - that should shorten my 5-k time a little bit.

Good full-body workout even though I’m not good at punching or kicking. It was what came on, so I did it, and I was the only one there. Maybe next month they’ll bring back yoga, my favorite.

5-min walk, then I ran all the way up the entire hill - Yay! Right hip is good today. Temp 80 deg, 15-mph breeze blowing downhill as I went uphill - at least the breeze cooled me down a little, and it wasn’t as steamy as yesterday.

Slow walk; includes a 4-minute stop to talk to neighbors.

On the windsurfer for about 3 hours - mostly just standing holding up the sail. Wind speed was 0 to about 7 mph, but the water temp is 80 deg F! Perfect!! I’ll post a GPS track when I’ve actually gone someplace. I sailed over to Julie’s, and she came down to the dock and we hollared at each other for a few minutes. Julie windsurfs, waterskis, and hydrofoils.
