4-min walk, 400-pace/100-pace repeats, then too much walking at the end to beat Sunday’s pace. Right hip didn’t hurt till about 2.5 miles. 68 deg, sunny.

Then, I weed-eated the yard for hours and cleaned stuff off the bulkhead. No need to go to BodyPump or Pound today!

I’m working on lowering my 5K time toward 34 minutes, which is what the TJOC girls should be doing. Today I did 300-pace jog/100-pace walk repeats. My right hip still hurts. 61 deg F, nice!
