AOC’s McKinney Falls SP Green 6.3 k 50 m
At 4 I mistook the ditch symbol for a knoll. Hunted a little for 6, 8, 9, and 12. Beautiful weather: low 50s and clear. 9th out of 14 runners. Saw Nancy as I was leaving 11 and thought she was just ahead of me on her 2nd Loop. I didn’t want to pass near on the trail and didn’t want to take the road, so I took the western trail, missed the trail junction, and ended up on the wooden bridge below the out-of-bounds trail. Took the slow route up the creek, trail from parking lot, then too far up-ditch at 12.
