Insanity Plyo Interval. I decided to do an Insanity workout for a change of pace and did one of the advanced workouts. I could not make it all the way thru doing all the moves. It was too tough. Not feeling very chipper now.
High Hay 5K. Half-way point in 12:51 then pushed the pace on the way back which is the uphill part. Usually the return leg takes around 30 seconds longer but I was able to do it in same time as out leg.
