Running 53:09 [3] 6.0 mi (8:52 / mi)

Morning run on the Harpers Farm Road / Swansfield route. It was not too hot yet but very humid from the morning rain. After the 8 mile run yesterday I did not want to push the pace too hard.

Running 1:09:43 [4] 8.0 mi (8:43 / mi)

Long run today. Route was around Wilde Lake. It was nice and cool at 9AM. I felt pretty good after two days off from running. The soreness in right calf was gone. I had to do some yard work after the run and other chores. Very tired right now as I enter this. Will head to the pool now to relax.

Cycling 55:00 [3] 14.25 mi (3:52 / mi)

Bike to work and home on a great day. T-Storms predicted but, as usual, did not happen here. Other parts of Maryland got hit hard, though.

Running 44:22 [4] 5.15 mi (8:37 / mi)

Run on a new route in the Dorsey Farm area. I was wondering how I would feel at the start but felt a lot better today. Plan was to do 6 miles but it was really hot and I had done back to back 6 miles runs, so decided to cut back a little. My right calf is a little sore but I can still run on it.

Running 54:10 [4] 6.0 mi (9:02 / mi)

Another 6 mile run today. I had no legs for this right from the start. This is probably because of the 6 mile run yesterday. I usually don't do back to back long runs but I am training for Howard County Striders metric marathon on Nov 13. Will need to rack up the miles.

Running 51:48 [4] 6.2 mi (8:21 / mi)

10k run after work. I was keeping a good pace as usual until the course turned uphill in the last 2.5 miles. Then really dropped off after the the one short but very steep section.
