Duathlon training on a very hot and humid day. I was really dragging on the 2nd run and had to walk sometimes.

2 mile run 16:15 / 8:07 pace
22.13 mile bike 1:15:48 / 3:26 pace
4 mile run 38:27 / 9:37 pace
2 Transitions: 5:49

Quick ride to go get my bike safety inspection for the duathlon and then some riding around town. I did the 3 mile time trial in 8:22.

Duathlon training. It was super hot and humid already at 8am which really got to me on the 2nd run.

P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout with Luisa. I can still get thru all the tough exercises even though I finished Insanity last week.

Running 24:53 [4] 3.14 mi (7:56 / mi)

High Hay 5K. Goal was to keep 8:00 pace which I did. This is a rolling course that is a lot like the one we'll have in the duathlon.
