I rode the Tour De Montes in Pennsylvania today with Mike and 4 other guys. This had 5 very long and steep climbs. I was able to just drag myself over the hills. Of course, what goes up must come down and the downhills were fast and fun. I hit at least 53MPH at one point. It was kind of scary and I was touching the brakes to keep from going too fast. I am totally wiped out now.

Insanity Max Interval Plyometrics workout. I had to shorten this by about 18 minutes today so skipped over some of the toughest parts. Still a very good workout.
5 PM

P90X 1:10:30 [5]

P90X Chest, Shoulder and Biceps followed by Ab-Ripper. The Insanity workouts are really getting me into shape. I can now complete the 2 speed twitch push-ups which I have never been able to do. This is 4 fast push-ups followed by 3 8-count push-ups then repeat. I did 3 rounds. Sounds easy? Try it.

After skipping a day for the first time other than for an injury I was back into Insanity. Did the toughest and longest workout today, Max Interval Circuit.
