Insanity Upper Body Weight Training workout. I decided to change up the recovery week routine and do one of the bonus workouts. This is a workout that is never on the calendar. Very good weight lifting workout that also hits core.

Pedal to work and home on a beautiful 80 degree and sunny day.

Insanity 37:20 [4]

Insanity Core Cardio and Balance. This is the workout I do every day during the recovery week. It is not low impact and has a fair amount of cardio and jumping. We don't want to lose the fitness we have gained over the last 4 weeks. What it does have is short breaks between each exercise and the focus is not intensity.
